cali trip

otay, so elena is NOT back yet, but just to keep you grounded, i'm going to tell you where we've gone so far (and why) on our not-so-short roadtrip.



1st stop~ Redding

to visit our 99 year old harmony.

2nd stop~ San Jose

to visit the jin's, and not to mention Great America!


3rd stop~ Yosemite National Park


well, we saw some pretty out-of-this-world sights. did i tell you that i jumped of a cliff? okay, a 25-ft-tall one that was right above a little swimming hole =D

4th stop~ Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park

again, some more AMAZING views. but in addition, big, no GIGANTIC trees! we heard a little girl at the viewing site of the biggest tree in the world say, 'im tired of trees. i don't want to see trees anymore. is there anything else besides trees?!'

5th stop~ San Diego

well, we HAD to make our yearly stop here! except for this year, we've gone a lot more than once...

6th stop~ Upland (or a suburb near LA)

to visit one of my mom's chingoos and her adorable little daughers.
oh yeah, and to take a look at korea town! woohoo!






that's it for now, but there are 2 more stops to go: San Jose and Susanville.

or at least i'll try to, after a couple hours of unpacking...
