in susanville, ca, we met up with one of my mom's college friends.
she has two daughters, Lauren (10) and Callie (6) , and while we were there, Lauren was gone for a sleepover.
we only stayed for one night, but my mom said it was great to catch up w/ an old friend. their house was about 100 years old, and it was the biggest (and cutest) house in the neighborhood. susanville is a VERY small city, not to mention laid back and relaxed. the farthest you can go in the city is about 10 mins away. and BTW, there is only one pediatrition in the whole city: my mom's friend Christina.
